Life is marked by transitions. Though not always easy or welcome they provide immense opportunities for personal growth.

I have over 30 years of experience helping people in the Ann Arbor area, as they transition to different periods of their life either individually or as a family. These transitions might include the need for psychotherapy or the need to change a living situation as you or your loved one ages. I will provide the support, knowledge and experience to help you talk through and determine what changes are needed and how to achieve your goals.
